Within the first hour of the Advanced Sleep Mode, the fan does not oscillate. Instead, the starting fan speed is determined by your current fan speed when you select this mode. After one hour, the fan will then begin to oscillate and decrease speeds to prevent you from getting cold from the constant wind. Subsequently, the fan speeds will change according to the temperature, providing you with a comfortable night's experience.

It is normal for the fan to behave this way when in Advanced Sleep Mode. The automatic oscillation and speed adjustments after one hour are the default settings. During installation, please ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the arc surface, as this can reduce the air output.

It is possible that the timer was accidentally set before. If this is the case, kindly check the timer settings and try the fan again.

Additionally, check whether your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or if the screen has been manually set to off. When the fan screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings in this case, you will need to press the panel twice – the first time to wake it up, and the second time to make the desired adjustments.
